Badminton is a game that I consider very close to my heart. Back in highschool, as a person who cannot stand wasting time, I decided to enroll myself in badminton trainings. The training was not as easy as I thought it was, it was a series of muscle cramps, buckle full of sweats and legs full of bruises. I must say that it wasn’t easy but it was all worth it.
This is a game was really a life changer for me. It influenced me to play with elegance and precision not just during gameplay but as well as in life, I always see to it that whatever I do it’s meticulously done. It also improved my displine and focus. Whenever I am doing something may it be during the gameplay or not, I am always 100% untouchable and focused, I rarely be swayed by other external factors when I am in zone. It also boosted my health, as I kid I grew up very sickly but after I joined the trainings my health enourmously improved. Aside from all of these, Badminton was also a channel for me to gain new friends and colleagues after I joined several tournaments and the school varsity.
This is why I consider this game very special to me. I must say that the dedication and time that I’ve spent on this game had taught me to love it way more than I expected.
